CLASSES ARE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING EVENINGS .
(BOOKINGS REQUIRED)
 ALL INSTRUCTION OUTSIDE OF THESE TIMES IS BY APPOINTMENT
Class Instruction is primary in ITF (Taekwon-do) techniques.

 

 CORIO (Formfighting Gym)
Seniors (16 plus Years)
  Tuesday to Thursday @ 7.00pm 

Juniors (6 to 15 Years)
   Tuesday & Thursday @ 5.45pm 

Private Lessons Available by appointment 
(Bookings required)

Tuesday & Thursday Morning 6 am
Group Martial Arts Fitness Classes (PAYG  $22.00 per week or $15.00 per class)
No Membership Fee's, No Gradings, Booking Required,

Private lessons weekend and Day classes available by appointment
